    • Orders can only be canceled within 3 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, cancellation requests will not be accepted as the service process would have already commenced.

  3. Non-Cancellable Orders:

    • If the order has already progressed beyond the initial stages (e.g., translation has begun, or attestation is in progress), cancellation will not be possible.

Refund Policy

    • Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be issued once an order has been placed and confirmed. This includes cases where the customer fails to provide accurate information or required documents, leading to delays or issues.
  2. Corrections and Modifications:

    • While we do not offer refunds, we prioritize customer satisfaction and provide opportunities to review the draft documents. Any corrections or modifications required must be communicated to us before the final approval stage.
  3. Service Failures:

    • In the rare event of a service failure or technical issue on our end, we will take corrective measures to resolve the issue. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases solely at our discretion.

    Once the soft copies are shared, the order is considered complete. Hard copy delivery timelines may vary depending on the courier service. For urgent requests, expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
